E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a skilled and responsible E-Commerce Operations Executive who can manage our online operations smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proper and timely dispatch of all orders
• Creating and managing FBA shipments
• Checking available products in FBA and maintaining stock accuracy
• Handling Safty-t-claims / support cases
• Daily coordination for seamless e-commerce operations
• Ensuring order accuracy, timely updates, and smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce platforms (Amazon preferred)
• Knowledge of FBA processes and order management
• Ability to handle operational issues efficiently
• Good communication and basic computer skills
