Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform & Site Management: Maintain the website (Shopify, Magento, etc.), ensuring product listings are accurate, SEO-optimized, and visually compelling.
- Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute promotional calendars, discount strategies, and loyalty programs to hit monthly revenue targets.
- Operations & Logistics: Oversee order fulfillment, manage relationships with 3PL (Third Party Logistics) providers, and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Collaborate with (or manage) the marketing team on PPC, social media ads, and email flows to ensure a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Data Analysis: Track KPIs including Conversion Rate (CR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Average Order Value (AOV), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Customer Experience: Refine the customer service funnel and manage the returns/refunds process to maintain high satisfaction scores.
