### **Key Responsibilities**
* Communicate with students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital platforms
* Counsel students regarding courses, universities, and career options
* Convert leads into successful admissions
* Assist in digital marketing activities including social media posting and lead campaigns
* Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records
* Support the team in achieving enrollment and revenue targets
* Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis

* Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
* Interest in sales, counseling, or education sector
* Ability to handle student queries professionally
* Willingness to learn digital marketing and admission processes
