Education Counsellor

JOB DESCRIPTION - 

An education counselor, helps students with their academic, personal, and social needs. They provide guidance and support, and work with students, teachers, and parents. 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance: Advise students on academic, personal, and social issues 

Help students develop goals: Help students set goals and develop skills to achieve them 

Conduct assessments: Evaluate students' capabilities, interests, and personality traits 

Work with teachers and parents: Collaborate with teachers and parents to provide guidance and support 

Maintain records: Keep accurate records of the advice and support provided to students
