🎯 Job DescriptionZofico is looking for motivated and result-oriented Educational Counselors to guide students for IELTS, PTE, French, German, and other study-abroad related courses.

As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for handling leads, counselling students, converting inquiries into enrollments, and ensuring a smooth student experience.

• 🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesCall & follow up with fresh and existing leads
• Counsel students about courses (IELTS, PTE, French, German, etc.)
• Explain course structure, fees, discounts & demo sessions
• Convert leads into enrollments
• Maintain lead data and follow-ups
• Coordinate with trainers & internal teams
• Provide accurate information and build student trust

✅ Skills & Preferences Must-Have Skills:

• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi)
• Convincing & counselling abilities
• Sales mindset with ethical approach
• Ability to handle objections confidently
• Follow-up & closing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• WhatsApp & calling etiquette

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in EdTech / Education counselling
• IELTS / PTE / Study Abroad knowledge (preferred, not mandatory)
• CRM or Google Sheets handling
• Target-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently from home
