Electrical & Control System Engineer — Qualification

Formal Education

Any ONE of these:

Diploma (Polytechnic) in Electrical Engineering

B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation

ITI Electrician + 5–7 years industrial panel/control experience (very practical)

Essential Technical Skills

They must know:

Electrical panel wiring

PCB installation & basic debugging

Temperature controllers

SMPS, relays, contactors

Sensor wiring (NTC/PTC sensors, overloads)

Safety circuits

Motor control (single phase, three phase)

Timer-based logic / basic PLC-like logic

Experience Requirements

Minimum:

3–5 years in industrial machines (food machinery, packaging, HVAC machines, or similar)

Should have built or maintained complex machines, not just wiring fans & lights.

2. Refrigeration Engineer — Qualification

Acceptable Technical Qualification

Pick ANY of these:

Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) – best and most practical

ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (only if they have hands-on refrigeration experience)

Non-negotiable Practical Experience

Regardless of degree, they must have:

5+ years hands-on work in commercial refrigeration, NOT residential AC

Experience with:

Softy machines / ice cream machines / chillers / freezers / cold rooms

Brazing, vacuuming, leak detection, nitrogen purging

Gas charging (R404A, R410A, R22, R290 depending on your machine line)

Understanding of evaporator–condenser–capillary–compressor matching

Bonus Qualifications (very useful)

Certification in HVACR

Experience in refrigerated food machines is a big plus
