** Job Title: Collection Telecaller **

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Collection Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, reminding them of their outstanding dues, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

** Key Responsibilities **

1.Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.

2.Follow up on payment promises and ensure timely collection.

3.Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment statuses.

4.Explain billing details, outstanding amounts, and payment options clearly.

5.Negotiate repayment plans when necessary.

6.Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

7.Escalate complex cases to the team leader or manager..

8.Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communications.

** Required Skills & Qualifications **

Minimum 10th pass; 12th pass graduation preferred.

Proven experience in collections, telecalling, or customer service (preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle pressure and challenging conversations.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Good listening skills and attention to detail.
