Responsibilities:
* Calling customers for overdue payments
* Follow-up & collection of pending amounts
* Explaining dues/payment options
* Updating payment records
* Handling customer queries
Requirements:
* Min 10th pass (12th/Graduate preferred)
* Good communication & negotiation skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Experience in collections/telecalling preferred
