Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer / Junior Structural Engineer to support the execution of premium farmhouse projects in Lampur, Delhi NCR. The role involves site supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and project monitoring.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
• Monitor contractor performance and labor productivity
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Resolve on-site issues in coordination with seniors

Structural & Technical Support

• Assist in reviewing structural drawings
• Monitor RCC work, foundation, and structural components
• Ensure proper execution of civil and structural activities
• Support senior engineers and consultants

Quality Control

• Maintain construction quality and workmanship standards
• Check material quality and compliance
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain checklists

Project Monitoring

• Track project timelines and progress
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Ensure timely availability of materials

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
• Monitor work progress and timelines
• Assist in billing and quantity measurements

QualificationsEducation:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 2–3 years in construction / real estate / villa projects
• Freshers with strong internship experience may also apply
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of civil construction and engineering
• Understanding of RCC and structural work
• Ability to handle site responsibilities independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
• Willingness to work on-site
• Preferred CandidateExperience in farmhouse / villa / low-rise construction
• Candidate based in Delhi NCR preferred
• Willing to travel to site daily
