Responsibility: -

• Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, including vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and negotiate contracts effectively to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and transportation.
• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to determine success and areas for improvement.
