Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Fleet Manager / Event Coordinator / Field Job to plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground events and promotional activities. The role involves managing vendors, coordinating staff, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of events as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Drivers, Event Co-ordinators, Fleet  
• Manage on-ground event operations including setup, dismantling, and event flow
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for event requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams for Event, materials, manpower, and logistics
• Supervise promoters, volunteers, and temporary staff at event locations
• Ensure timely availability of event materials (Owen, Burners, Piza Making Machines)
• Handle field reporting, attendance, photographs, and event feedback
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth execution of activities
• Travel to event locations and work flexible hours as required
• Maintain event budgets and control expenses within limits
• Record of Travelling & the Events Done, Complete Reporting of the Task Assinged & Completion Report without Delay.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Willingness to travel and work in the field
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and email communication
• Problem-solving attitude and team management skills
• Required Skill for the Maintenance of the Vehicle with proper Records this Documentation & others.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in field marketing, Marriage or event management
• Familiarity with vendor negotiation and logistics handling
• Presentable personality with customer-handling skills
• Two-wheeler / four-wheeler with valid license (preferred)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹[20,000 – 30,000] per month (depending on experience)
