Data Analyst – Excel & Dairy ERP Operations

 About the Role

We seek a skilled Data Analyst with strong Excel expertise to manage and analyze operational data across our dairy units — procurement, production, chilling, sales, and logistics. The role focuses on turning raw data into actionable insights for management using advanced Excel tools and ERP integration.

 Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from milk procurement, production, and dispatch units.

• Maintain Excel-based databases for milk quantity, quality (SNF/Fat), and pricing.

• Develop daily/weekly MIS and Excel dashboards for operations and cost tracking.

• Automate reports using Power Query, Power Pivot, and basic VBA.

• Coordinate with departments for ERP data validation and MIS reporting.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and backup of all data.

 Excel Skills Required

• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF–AND–OR logic, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Charts.

• Power Tools: Power Query, Power Pivot, and basic VBA for automation.

• Dashboarding: KPI-based visuals and performance tracking.

• Integration: Import/export data from ERP or SQL databases.

 Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Data Analytics, Statistics, IT, or Dairy Tech.

• 2–5 years’ experience in data analysis or MIS, preferably in dairy/FMCG/cooperatives.

• Excel certification or Power BI knowledge is a plus.
