Job Description

An executive assistant helps the executive for whom they work with tasks such as scheduling, reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails, answering and returning phone calls, organizing documents, maintaining records & taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job. Responsibilities Arranging meetings both internal and external, booking meeting rooms and video conferencing equipment, and in addition preparation of the agenda. Assist in coordinating specific projects to be determined by the Executive Assistant to the CEO Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to the company executive officers. Assist in maintaining heavy calendar and schedule for the CEO Arrange large group meetings and conference calls like meeting confirmation e-mails, prepare & distribute meeting materials. Maintains appropriate records, files, documentation Requirements Only Female Education -Graduation Experience -0-3 yrs Strong hands-on experience and knowledge is essential for EA role. Must demonstrate confidentiality and flexibility in accepting new and changing responsibilities. Must have experience and demonstrated competency in providing senior executive administrative assistance. Flexible and result oriented. Proven ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors
