Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Saket

Reports To: CEO/Director/Manager

Preferred Candidates :- North East Location

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to

provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. The role involves managing schedules,

coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day

operations of the executive office. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong

communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

● Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.

● Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and

itineraries.

● Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and records.

● Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external

stakeholders.

● Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

● Support project management activities and ensure deadlines are met.

● Handle expense reports, budgets, and reimbursements.

● Anticipate the executive’s needs and provide proactive administrative support.

● Perform other tasks as required to ensure the efficiency of executive operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).

● Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar

role.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital

collaboration tools.

● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
