Job Description
🔹 Position: International Marketing / Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Executive (Rice Division Only)
🔹 Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Indian Rice Exports (Basmati & Non-Basmati)
🔹 Education: BBA in International Business / Marketing or equivalent
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written & spoken English communication
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- In-depth knowledge of Indian Rice varieties – Basmati & Non-Basmati (Milled, Brown, Parboiled, Brokens)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram & other digital tools
- Willingness to travel overseas for business development and international food fairs
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing overseas rice buyers
- Drive export sales growth and market expansion
- Prepare quotations, offers, sales reports, and market intelligence updates
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely shipments
