Export Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Export Manager (Sales) to expand our international presence in the frozen food segment (French Fries & Potato Product). The candidate will be responsible for driving export sales, developing new markets, and managing relationships with overseas clients and distributors.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve international business targets
• Identify and penetrate new international markets for frozen food products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, distributors, and retail chains
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with overseas clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, documentation) for smooth order execution
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation
• Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions to generate business leads

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in export sales (preferably in frozen food industry)
• Strong network of international buyers/importers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and global trade practices
• Ability to travel internationally as required
• Self-motivated with a strong target-oriented approach
• Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in export sales (frozen food/FMCG preferred)
