Job Title: Factory Supervisor (Dispatch & Warehouse Management)

Location: Bhawna, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Supervisor who can handle the dispatch of company goods along with effective warehouse stock management. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily factory operations and ensuring smooth dispatch and inventory control.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise daily factory operations.
• Handle dispatch of finished goods efficiently and on time.
• Maintain warehouse stock records and inventory levels.
• Monitor inward and outward material movement.
• Ensure proper documentation of dispatch and stock reports.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams.
• Maintain discipline and workflow within the factory.
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 2 years of experience in factory supervision, dispatch, or warehouse management.
• Good knowledge of stock handling and inventory management.
• Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
