Fashion Designer

We are building a premium women’s ethnic wear brand focused on elegant, modern, and high-end designs (lehenga, saree, coord sets).

We are looking for a creative designer who understands:

• Luxury aesthetics (not basic work)
• Fabric, embroidery & detailing
• How to create unique, sellable designs (not copied)

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Create original lehenga & ethnic wear designs
• Develop embroidery layouts (floral, modern, structured)
• Work closely with karigars for execution
• Suggest fabric combinations & color palettes
• Stay updated with fashion trends

✨ What We Want:

• Strong design sense (premium taste is MUST)
• Experience in bridal / couture preferred
• Understanding of embroidery (zardozi, sequins, cutdana etc.)
• Ability to convert ideas into actual garments

• You copy Pinterest designs directly
• You make heavy but non-elegant designs
• You don’t understand finishing & detailing

💰 Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹30000 (depends on skill)
