Job Title: Fashion Designer (Export Industry)

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Fashion Designer to join our team. If you are passionate about global trends and have a strong command of hand-beaded designer dresses, dress patterns, computer-aided design (CAD) software, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA):

Design & Develop Collections: Create innovative, market-ready collections for international clients in hand-beaded and embellished segments of designer dresses.

Technical Design: Good knowledge of dress patterns and artwork, Use Tuka Tech CAD software, Use CAD software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D) to create detailed tech packs and virtual prototypes.

Trend Forecasting: Research and analyze global trends to inform design decisions.

Production Liaison: Collaborate with our production team to ensure designs are executed flawlessly.

Knowledge of fabric: Fabric knowledge, beading material and the knowledge of other accessories being used to make a designer dress.

Computer proficiency: Good knowledge of MS office, reels making on canva, use of AI and social media handling will be an added advantage
