Job Description
- Provide one-on-one academic and emotional counselling to UPSC aspirants.
- Guide students in exam strategy, time management, and goal setting.
- Help students manage stress, anxiety, and exam pressure.
- Conduct motivational and orientation sessions for new batches.
- Monitor student progress in coordination with faculty.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper counselling records.
- Organize workshops on mental wellness and personality development.
- Address student and parent concerns professionally.
- Must have Master’s degree in Psychology/Counselling/Social Work.
- Strong communication skills with empathetic and student-focused approach.
