Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Field Debt Collection Executive to join our team in Palam Extension, Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, recovering pending payments, and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers for payment follow-ups
- Maintain daily collection records and reports
- Negotiate and resolve payment issues on the field
- Coordinate with the accounts team for updates
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have a bike and valid driving license
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in collections is a plus
