Field Marketing Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing the company in the field, collecting data, maintaining customer relations, and supporting operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients, and project sites as required. (hotels, resorts, banquet, beauty institute, Salons)
• Ideal candidate should have solid understanding of integrated, multi channel marketing programmed across the entire customer journey.
• Collect and report accurate field data to the office.
• Build strong client relationships and support them through the on-boarding and enrollment process on our platform.
• Support sales, marketing, or operational teams with field activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Report daily/weekly field activities and challenges to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Responsible for offline marketing activities including, promotion of vouchers, managing canopy marketing activities, Fairs and Stalls.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in fieldwork or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.

·        Familiarity with local area and customer base.

·        Extensive experience within events marketing.
