Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Seller Onboarding Executive to identify, onboard, and support new sellers on our platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for seller registration, documentation verification, product listing guidance, and providing initial training to ensure smooth seller activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new sellers onto the platform
• Assist sellers with registration and KYC documentation
• Guide sellers in product catalog creation and listing uploads
• Educate sellers on pricing, inventory management, and order processing
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Tech) for smooth onboarding
• Monitor seller performance during the initial phase
• Ensure onboarding targets and deadlines are achieved
• Provide continuous support to newly activated sellers

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Experience in field sales, tele-calling, or marketplace operations
