Role Overview
The Technical Sales Engineer will act as a bridge between engineering and sales, supporting customers with technical solutions while driving business growth. The role involves understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable solar/energy solutions, and supporting the sales cycle with technical expertise.
Requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
(Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Chemical/Production Industry)
Fast Career Growth Path of Technical Sales Engineer:-
•0-6 months: Sales Engineer has to do Sales & Marketing of Solar Systems They are given a technical and commercial understanding of Solar Products and they meet & convince customers, dealers, solar companies. They also get technical understanding for Installation, & commissioning of solar systems.
Monthly Salary + Mobile Expenses + Transportation Expenses as per Actuals
•6 months1 year: Based on Sales Engineers performance, the fast track GETs are given Team lead roles or their Area is Expanded where they are managing a team to deliver Results or given a role to independently deliver.
•Its NOT Door to Door Sales. It is a respectable work, where Customers want to be fully technically educated about the product before taking a decision.
Designation After 6 months for Performers: Senior Sales Engineer or Team Lead.
