Field Sales Executive

Job Location: Delhi NCR

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

PayScale: 30k to 35k per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and existing patients to promote healthcare services.
• Answer incoming calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information about treatments, doctors, and facilities.
• Maintain a database of leads, patients, and follow-ups using company tools or CRM systems.
• Visit at Hospitals to generate lead and coordinate with doctors regarding patient who required homecare or required service.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, operations, and field teams to schedule appointments or services.
• Assist in patient registration, billing queries, and service coordination when needed.
• Handle patient feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience.
