Job Responsibilities: KRA • Daily visits to Flipkart & Myntra hubs to ensure maximum activation of Mswipe products & services. • Resolving queries and issues related to the Mswipe Products. • Obtaining Hub information and other relevant data like number of devices, Hub manager POC & Email. • Follow up on installations/deinstallations/replacements with the OPS Team for timely action. • To ensure the all the available devices at the hub are working perfectly and perform a regular health check up on the Mswipe products. • Training the hubs on the usage of Mswipe devices & integrated app flow to ensure maximum usage. • Maintaining device usage & activation data for each hub on a daily basis. • To maintain a healthy relationship with the Hub managers and encourage them to use our devices only.
