Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities :-

Identifying new business opportunities, selling new installations and modernization projects, and managing client relationships.

• Core responsibilities:-
• Lead generation and management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Client engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, including architects and consultants.
• Sales and project execution:
• Conduct site assessments to understand customer needs.
• Present and demonstrate elevator solutions.
• Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

Required skills and qualifications:-

• Sales and negotiation: Proven track record in sales, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of elevator systems, and conduct site assessments.
• Customer focus: Strong ability to build relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Organization and efficiency: Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.
