Job Description

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Sales & Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Territory Management: Manage a specific geographical area, coordinating orders, deliveries, and customer service.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts and reports to management, track activities, and stay updated on market trends. 
  • Proven field sales or outside sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation, target-driven attitude, and excellent time management.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Meeting/exceeding monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
  • Developing sales strategies and executing them effectively.
  • Explaining complex products and their value to customers.
  • Coordinating with internal teams (delivery, support).
