Annual CTC Range: ₹3.60 – ₹6.00 LPA (Structured Performance-Linked Compensation)

🎯 Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Field Sales professionals responsible for generating subscription revenue within assigned territories.

This is a performance-oriented revenue role requiring:

  • In-person business development
  • Structured sales presentations
  • Negotiation & deal closure
  • Pipeline ownership
  • Monthly revenue achievement

This position is suited for professionals comfortable with accountability and target-driven environments.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily in-person meetings within assigned territory
  • Prospect, identify, and approach potential MSME clients
  • Present and demonstrate Elixiir’s SaaS solutions
  • Explain ROI of CRM, Review Automation & Growth Systems
  • Handle pricing discussions and negotiate subscription plans
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and structured follow-ups
  • Submit daily and weekly activity reports
  • Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets


📊 Performance Evaluation Metrics

Performance will be assessed monthly based on:

  • Revenue achievement vs assigned targets
  • Conversion ratio
  • Meeting-to-closure efficiency
  • Territory coverage
  • Reporting compliance
  • Professional conduct & process adherence


Sustained underperformance may result in:

  • Probation extension
  • Compensation review
  • Discontinuation as per company policy


🧾 Probation & Confirmation:

  • Initial probation period: 3 months (extendable based on performance).
  • Confirmation is subject to satisfactory performance, attendance, and adherence to sales processes.
  • Confirmation is not automatic.


During probation:

  • Leave requires prior approval.
  • Attendance discipline is mandatory.
  • Performance benchmarks must be met.


💰 Compensation Structure

Annual CTC Range: ₹3.60 – ₹6.00 LPA


The compensation structure consists of:

1️⃣ A structured monthly base component

2️⃣ A performance-linked incentive component


Important Clarifications:

  • Total CTC includes both base and performance-linked components.
  • Performance-linked earnings are earned only upon achievement of defined revenue targets.
  • Incentive payout is subject to revenue realization and policy guidelines.
  • Detailed salary breakup and incentive slabs will be shared in the Offer Letter and Appointment Letter.
  • No retrospective changes will be made to earned wages.


High performers have potential to earn above the stated CTC range as per incentive policy.


🚗 Travel Policy

  • Daily intra-city travel is considered part of the role responsibility.
  • Outstation travel (if officially assigned) will be reimbursed as per approved company policy.
  • No additional reimbursement is applicable for routine territory travel unless specified in writing.


Eligibility Criteria

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B / SaaS / CRM / Software sales
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Comfortable working under structured targets
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
  • Familiarity with local MSME ecosystem preferred

Freshers or candidates without relevant field sales experience will not be considered.
