Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to source and onboard clients for Unclaimed Shares Recovery and Loan Against Securities (LAS). The role involves meeting individual investors, HNIs, NRIs’ family members, business owners, and senior citizens to identify unclaimed financial assets and funding needs, explain solutions, and close mandates/leads.

• Unclaimed Shares / Assets SourcingIdentify potential clients with unclaimed shares, dividends, mutual funds, insurance, or bonds
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, CA/CS offices, RTA visits, societies, and investor communities
• Educate clients on IEPF recovery process, documentation, timelines, and charges
• Collect KYC, documents, and signed authorization/engagement letters
• Coordinate with internal back-office/legal team for case processing
• Track status and regularly update clients
• Loan Against Securities (LAS) SourcingSource leads for Loan Against Shares, Mutual Funds, Bonds, ETFs
• Identify funding needs of traders, promoters, HNIs, SMEs, and investors
• Explain LAS features:
• 
  
• Interest rates
• LTV (Loan-to-Value)
• Margin calls
• Tenure & overdraft structure
• Coordinate with partner banks/NBFCs for login and disbursal
• Assist clients in demat pledge and documentation
• Field Sales & Business DevelopmentConduct daily field visits and investor meetings
• Build strong referral networks with CAs, tax consultants, wealth managers, brokers
• Maintain lead funnel and update CRM / MIS
• Achieve monthly sourcing and revenue targets
• Attend investor meets, camps, and financial awareness sessions
• Eligibility & RequirementsEducationGraduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
• Experience1–5 years in field sales / financial services
• Experience in mutual funds, insurance, demat, broking, loans, or wealth products is a plus
• Freshers with strong field sales mindset may be considered
• Skills RequiredStrong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to explain financial concepts in simple language
• Client-handling and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Comfortable with field travel
• Preferred Candidate ProfileBackground in equity broking, MF distribution, insurance advisory, or loan sales
• Familiarity with demat accounts, RTAs (CAMS/KFintech), banks
• Experience dealing with senior citizens or HNI clients
• Knowledge of IEPF / unclaimed assets is an advantage (training can be provided)
