Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Doors & Windows

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities in the doors and windows segment. The role involves visiting construction sites, building relationships with contractors and builders, and generating sales leads across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly scan and visit construction sites to identify new doors and windows project opportunities
• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and site supervisors
• Present company products and explain features, benefits, and applications
• Share company information, brochures, and pricing details with potential clients
• Generate inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into confirmed orders
• Maintain daily reporting of site visits, leads, and sales progress
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the region
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in field sales, preferably in construction materials, doors/windows, or building products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently present product information
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Must own a bike and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Basic understanding of local construction market is preferred
