Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Institutional Sales

Location: Noida

Department : Operations

Reporting to : City Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Executive – Institutional Sales will be responsible for developing and managing institutional clients by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on B2B sales to institutions such as corporates, educational institutions, hospitals, etc.

Key Responsibilities

· Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Identify and develop new institutional clients through field visits, cold calling, and referrals

· Manage and grow existing institutional accounts

· Understand business requirements , generate ,execute & Convert institutional leads

· Prepare and present sales proposals, and negotiations

· Close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction

· Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, supply chain) for smooth execution

· Maintain accurate sales records, MIS reports, and client databases

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

· Result-oriented with strong follow-up skills

· Good understanding of B2B / institutional sales processes

· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Qualifications & Experience

· Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

· 1–4 years of experience in Institutional / B2B Sales

· Experience in FMCG, vending, food services, office supplies, or related sectors is an advantage
