Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Field Sales & Fundraising Executive to raise funds and donations for our social impact initiatives. The role involves direct interaction with individuals, shops, corporates, and local markets to build relationships and generate financial support for Young India Show’s programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to markets, residential areas, offices, shops, and institutions
• Pitch donation campaigns and social causes of Young India Show
• Generate funds, donations, and CSR leads through direct selling and relationship-building
• Explain NGO projects related to youth empowerment, healthcare, education, environment, and social welfare
• Build and maintain a strong donor database
• Collect donations via UPI, QR code, cash (as per policy), and bank transfers
• Submit daily/weekly field activity and fundraising reports
• Represent the NGO with professionalism, integrity, and empathy
