Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves meeting clients, generating leads, conducting site visits, and assisting in closing property deals. Ideal candidates should be confident, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling
• Meet potential clients and understand their property requirements
• Conduct site visits and present property details effectively
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist in negotiations and support deal closures
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain records of client interactions and daily activity reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mind-set with willingness to work in the field
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to build trust with clients

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 0–4 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
• Local area knowledge of Noida and nearby regions
• Confident, presentable, and self-motivated individual
