Freshers and 1-3 Years (B2B / Field Sales preferred)

💰 Salary:

🔹 Job Role:

You will be responsible for onboarding and managing business partners/merchants for our fintech services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities-

• Identify and approach potential merchants/business owners

• Onboard retailers, distributors & channel partners

• Explain fintech products (payments/QR/POS/financial services)

• Maintain long-term partner relationships

• Achieve monthly acquisition & revenue targets

• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis

• Ensure partner activation & usage

🔹 Candidate Requirements-

• Good communication & negotiation skills

• Comfortable with field sales (B2B)

• Sales mindset & target orientation

• Graduation preferred

• Two-wheeler and Laptop mandatory
