Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Sales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Marketing ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Support digital marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, website content, etc.)
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and product launches
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales and promotional materials
- Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market data and sales performance
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience2–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (industry-specific experience is a plus)
