Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities Sales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Marketing ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Support digital marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, website content, etc.)
  • Coordinate promotional activities, events, and product launches
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales and promotional materials
  • Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and sales performance
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience2–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (industry-specific experience is a plus)
