Field Sales Hunter

We are a fast-growing Cloud Kitchen group in Dwarka pivoting to a Subscription-First model. We are looking for high-energy Field Sales "Hunters" to sell our healthy meal subscriptions (Salads, Bowls, Wraps) to Corporate Offices, Gyms, and Co-working spaces.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Field Outreach: Daily visits to Corporates, PG accommodations, and Corporate Hubs in Dwarka & Gurgaon.
• B2B Tie-ups: Pitch and close monthly meal subscription deals with HR Managers and Gym Owners.
• Lead Generation: Build your own pipeline of potential clients through cold visits and networking.
• Relationship Management: Ensure existing subscribers are happy and renew their plans every month.
• Reporting: Share daily visit reports and conversion data with the management.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Field Sales (FMCG, Telecom, or Banking preferred).
• Communication: Excellent Hindi and basic English.
• Assets: Must own a phone.
• Attitude: Target-driven, persistent, and comfortable with "on-the-street" sales.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Dwarka and nearby commercial areas.
