Job Description
- Deliver First Aid, CPR, AED, BLS, ALS, GDA, EMT, DRESSER training sessions (theory + hands-on).
- Demonstrate emergency procedures: bleeding control, fractures, burns, choking, shock, cardiac arrest, etc.
- Assess participants through practical evaluations and written tests.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and certification documentation.
- Inspect and maintain first aid equipment and manikins.
- Customize training modules for industries (manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, schools, hospitals).
- Conduct mock drills and emergency preparedness sessions.
- Stay updated with latest first aid guidelines and protocols.
- Strong practical first aid and CPR skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Classroom and hands-on training facilitation
- Ability to handle diverse trainee groups
- Observation, assessment, and feedback skills
