Job Description
- Installation & Assembly: Reading blueprints and schematics to assemble machinery from scratch. This involves constructing foundations, setting equipment on base plates, and grouting foundation bolts.
- Precision Alignment: Using specialized tools like micrometers, dial indicators, spirit levels, and laser alignment tools to ensure parts (gears, shafts, motors) are aligned to precise tolerances
- Maintenance & Repair: Performing both preventive and emergency maintenance. This includes lubricating parts, replacing worn bearings or seals, and troubleshooting hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
- Rigging & Moving: Operating heavy-duty equipment like cranes, forklifts, hoists, and jacks to move and position massive machine components safely.
