Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and product-oriented Mobile Application Developer with at least 4 years of experience in building industry-grade mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, capable of handling complex requirements, and able to deliver scalable, high-performance applications with modern UI/UX standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter

Build scalable and reusable application architecture

Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services

Collaborate with backend, product, and UI/UX teams

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Optimize application performance, stability, and responsiveness

Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices

Handle end-to-end app development lifecycle

Work on complicated, real-world use cases in a startup environment

Take ownership of features from concept to production

🛠️ Mandatory Technical Skills

Flutter (Dart) – Strong hands-on experience

State management: GetX (mandatory experience)

API Integration: REST APIs, third-party APIs

Firebase: Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Push Notifications

Modern UI development: Clean, responsive, scalable UI

Android Native: Kotlin, Java (working knowledge)

Cloud Console: Firebase Console / Google Cloud basics

Version Control: Git (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket)

➕ Good to Have Skills

React Native experience

Experience using AI tools / AI-assisted development to accelerate product delivery

Understanding of gamification
