Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Freelance HR Recruiter to support our hiring requirements on a per-joining basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to source, screen, and close high-quality candidates across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Share candidate feedback and recommendations with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Track hiring progress and report recruitment outcomes as required.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (freelance experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to source candidates independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fully remote and flexible working model
