Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Freelance HR Recruiter to support our hiring requirements on a per-joining basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to source, screen, and close high-quality candidates across multiple roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Share candidate feedback and recommendations with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Track hiring progress and report recruitment outcomes as required.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (freelance experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to source candidates independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fully remote and flexible working model
- 3% of the candidate’s annual CTC, payable after the candidate completes 90 days of tenure
