We are looking for experienced Freelance HR Recruiters to support our hiring requirements across BPO and other domains. This is a remote opportunity offering flexible working hours and performance-based earnings.

⚠️ Recruiters must have their own candidate sourcing channels (own database, references, portals, etc.)

• Candidates without sourcing capability may not be considered

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through own database, job portals, social media, and references
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
• Ensure successful candidate onboarding

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (mandatory)
• Experience in BPO hiring preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently
