Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Coordinator to manage daily front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while maintaining efficient office coordination.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately
  • Maintain front desk operations including visitor logs and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, and office events
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Handle courier services, dispatches, and deliveries
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Assist in basic HR or accounts coordination tasks if required
