To put it simply, as a Government or corporate employee you have been provided Social Security like Life Insurance, Mediclaim, and PF. But ever thought about same for Dealers, retailers, SS or Pharmacy or Grocery Store owner?? 20p95's vision is to enable the market by building tech which can adapt to the existing nuances of the not-very-well-understood value chain(s) of the Indian retail & distribution dynamics along with Social Security spreading the "Goodness is our only Business" culture. Lead by a consortium of industry veterans, 20p95 is now setting up a tech team to scale its well-established concept to the next level. We require a mix of Front-Ends & Back-End Engineers with exposure to running and maintaining their SW products in production. The prerequisite is the Urge of doing something meaningful, purposeful, genuinely complex, and Fun of Building scale. Functional Requirements 3+ Years ideally doing either 1) Mobile Apps for Android iOS & Desktops; or 2) Cloud-based back ends for the same preferably AWS. An understanding of the RESTful style of Architecture for APIs( as a consumer & as a Producer ) to set up micro-products as per their domains will also be an advantage. Experience with Design Patterns for Cloud Applications utilizing asynchronous & streaming techniques + relational / document hybrid storage models. An understanding of Git for SCM and IaaC using any tools like Terraform, boto, etc. will be an advantage, and DevOps exposure is a must for potential candidates. Exposure to Agile execution methodologies like Scrums is desirable. Non Functional Requirements Humility, Integrity & Curiosity are a few traits we’d like a potential candidate(s) to imbibe with the capacity to experiment and implement as we develop our products to do something which has never been attempted before. Capacity to hold an immense quantum of pride in what we are doing and Celebrate every moment of our attempt!! Toolkit - Java / Python / Golang / JS or TS etc. Cloud: AWS ( preferred )/ any public cloud, Lambda, EC2, et.al., or similar technologies for Distributed Systems. Ideally a combination of 1 Relational + 1 Document / Graph Storage(s). React / Flutter experience for UIs on Web & Apps for Front End candidates. Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub, bitbucket, GitLab, etc. JIRA, Confluence/wiki, etc. Qualification Any Engineering discipline is welcome as long as a track record of SW Engineering can be demonstrated.
