GeM Tender & Sales Executive

M.S. Kumar Electricals Private Limited is a 40-year-old authorised electrical goods distributor based in Ajmeri Gate, Old Delhi. We stock and supply products from Bajaj, Philips, Havells, Crompton, Halonix, and Orient Electric to contractors, builders, government agencies, and businesses across Delhi NCR. We are growing our sales team and looking for a motivated individual who wants to build a long-term career with us.

What You Will Do

• Handle client enquiries over phone and WhatsApp — understand requirements, share product recommendations, and send quotations
• Follow up on every quote sent until the order is confirmed or closed
• Make outbound calls daily to dormant and new clients to generate business
• Manage our GeM portal account — find relevant tenders, check eligibility, prepare and submit bids on time
• Keep a daily log of enquiries, follow-ups, and tender status
• Coordinate with warehouse and accounts for order processing and dispatch
• Send a brief daily update to senior management every evening

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years in any B2B or telephone sales role
• Confident on the phone, organised, and reliable
• Basic computer skills — Excel, WhatsApp Business, email
• GeM portal experience is a strong plus — not mandatory, will train
• Hindi fluency essential, basic written English required
