Job Summary

Fouxclu Enterprisers Private Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented General Manager to oversee daily shop operations, including purchases, sales monitoring, expense tracking, and reporting. The role requires close coordination with the billing team to ensure accurate sales records and prudent financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all purchases for the shop, ensuring cost-effective and prudent procurement
• Monitor supplier credits and ensure timely settlement of all dues
• Track daily expenses and maintain financial discipline at the shop level
• Supervise sales operations and coordinate closely with the billing executive
• Prepare and submit a clear, accurate, and legible daily sales report at the end of each working day
• Ensure proper documentation of purchases, payments, and expenses
• Identify areas for cost optimization and operational improvement
• Maintain smooth day-to-day operations of the shop

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in retail/store operations, purchases, and sales management
• Strong understanding of inventory, vendor management, and expense control
• Ability to analyze numbers and prepare structured daily sales reports
• Good coordination and communication skills
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred
