🔹 Role OverviewWe are looking for a Google Ads Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads and conversions. The role focuses on performance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who understands paid ads, data, and optimization, not just running ads blindly.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Generate leads and conversions at an optimal cost
• Perform keyword research and audience targeting
• Write and test ad copies
• Optimize campaigns to reduce CPC and CPA
• Monitor daily performance (spend, clicks, conversions)
• Analyze reports and share insights
• Coordinate with sales/operations team on lead quality
• Track conversions using Google Tag / Analytics (basic level)
• 🔹 Skills & RequirementsHands-on experience with Google Ads (Search Ads mandatory)
• Understanding of keywords, match types, and bidding strategies
• Basic knowledge of conversion tracking & analytics
• Ability to analyze data and take action
• Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets
• Result-oriented mindset
• 🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile0–3 years of experience in Google Ads
• Experience in lead generation businesses (fitness, education, real estate, services) is a plus
• Google Ads certification is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Willing to test, learn, and optimize continuously
