Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic and Web Designer to create engaging visual content and design user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and web design work, with a keen eye for detail, visual storytelling, and user experience. You will collaborate closely with marketing, development, and content teams to bring concepts to life across print and digital platforms.

• Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and email templates.
• Develop brand identities, logos, typography, and visual guidelines.
• Create graphics for digital campaigns, presentations, and product packaging.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Web Design:Design responsive website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs using HTML/CSS/JS (or web builders like WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
• Optimize web graphics for performance and user experience.
• Conduct usability testing and make improvements based on feedback.
• Update and maintain websites as needed.
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• minimum 1 year of proven experience in both graphic and web design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign).
• Experience with web design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (advanced skills are a plus).
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Preferred Skills:Animation and motion graphics experience (e.g., After Effects, Lottie).
• Basic SEO and web performance optimization understanding.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards.
• Photography or video editing skills are a plus.
