Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer with advanced expertise in visual design and strong departmental collaboration skills. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience using Figma to create high-quality digital assets, design systems, and user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of creative concepts across digital and print platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
• Develop and maintain brand consistency, color systems, and visual guidelines
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction within the department
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• Advanced experience in graphic design (5+ years preferred)
• Strong expertise in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems)
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and lead design initiatives
