Graphic Designer

We Aetrio Technology India Pvt. Ltd. is emerged as leading Wires and Cable Manufacturers, supplier and exporter company in INDIA. We're currently in the process of building our founding team and are looking for talented graphic designers to join us to design, develop and create high-quality designs for our apparel merchandise. You will have the opportunity to help shape our company's vision and be a part of our growth from the very beginning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design principles, a keen eye for detail and creativity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing all graphics for our apparel merchandise, including logos, typography and illustrations. Job Title: Graphic Designer Job Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentives Job Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Responsibilities • Develop and design high-quality graphics for our apparel merchandise, including logos, typography, and illustrations. • Developing illustrations, logos, and other visual designs. • Understanding and abiding by Company’s branding guidelines. • Researching and understanding Company’s audience and market base. • Taking feedback and making necessary adjustments to design work • Collaborate with the marketing and product team to develop and execute creative design concepts and ideas. • Work with printing partners to ensure high-quality print results. • Manage and maintain the company's branding guidelines, ensuring that all designs align with the company's brand identity. • Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools, and incorporate them into your work. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met. • Create creatives including Email designing, brochures, posters, web layouts, emails, social posts, etc. • Study design briefs and create storyboards • Conceptualize, visualize and create creatives that bring ideas to life. • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies • Collaborate with internal team members. • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. • Working with copywriting team to produce final designs • Ensuring final designs are always visually appealing and on brand. Requirements • A degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience. • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on apparel merchandise design. • A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and creativity. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and strong time management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
